A late 19th century / early 20th century pair of bronze Marley Horses, Africa and Europa with each being restrained by a groomsman to naturalistic bases mounted on a marble (or similar hardstone) tired plinths. After Guillaume Coustou (1677-1746). 25.5cm tall. There is some chipping to the marble bases and the Europa bronze figures are loose. Leather reins require attention.
